About the Department
Sabang Sajanikanta Mahavidyalaya, set up in a rural area, is known for its Excellency. It provides opportunity to the students to get admission here in their favourite subject from Arts, Science or Commerce in ‘honours’ as well as ‘general’ course. But the world is being changed digitally and we can’t leave our students, mostly from country side and poor, to lag behind when the world is running fast. Keeping in mind this futuristic outlook Sabang Sajanikanta Mahavidyalaya opened The Department of Computer Science. The Department of Computer Science was incepted in 2017 and began its journey first in general course and in future it’s going to provide ‘honours’ also.
Objective of the Department:
The authority has promised to take all possible measures to make the Department of Computer Science the pride of Sabang Sajanikanta Mahavidyalaya. From inception, the main objective of the department remains to provide quality education and create employable human resource in Computer Science by appointing eminent guest faculties from different Universities and Colleges.
